When you set up Baza, you choose who it’s for:
  • A business: a company, organisation or team.
  • Just me: a creator, freelancer, coach or anyone working under their own name.
Your choice changes how the dashboard and your assistant talk about you:
  • A business talks about your customers and your team.
  • Just me talks about the people who contact you, and your assistant speaks for you by name. The Customers page is called Contacts. The settings tab for your details is called Brand instead of Business.
When you switch, everything else stays the same: your plan, conversations, knowledge, chat page address and the rest. Your assistant’s name and welcome message don’t change either. If you want them to match, edit them on the Assistant page. To switch:

Open your account settings

Go to Settings → Business (or Settings → Brand).

Choose the type

Under Account type, choose A business or Just me.

Save

Press Save account type.
