# Activity log

> See who on your team changed what, and when.

## What it records

The activity log shows what your team changed in your business: who did it, what they did and when. Find it in [**Settings → Activity**](https://baza.chat/dashboard/settings?tab=activity). The newest changes are at the top.

* Hover over the time to see the exact date and hour.
* Many entries link to the thing that was changed.

It records changes to:

| Area | For example |
| - | - |
| **Your business** | Its name, logo, time zone and account type |
| **Your assistants** | Adding, editing, pausing or deleting one, and pausing a channel |
| [**Knowledge**](https://baza.chat/dashboard/assistant?tab=knowledge) | Facts, websites and files added, edited or deleted |
| **Live information** | Addresses, keys and checks added, changed, turned on or off |
| [**Channels**](https://baza.chat/dashboard/channels) | Connecting or disconnecting WhatsApp, Instagram or Gmail, and changes to your chat page and website chat |
| **Conversations** | Taking over, assigning, resolving and reopening, and turning AI replies off or on |
| [**Customers**](https://baza.chat/dashboard/customers) | Editing contact details and erasing a customer |
| **Team** | Invitations, people joining or leaving, and role changes |
| **Billing** | Plan changes, buying credits, paying early, changing the monthly limit or invoice details, removing the card |
| **Your data** | Exports |

Entries name the person on your team and what they changed. They never name a customer.

The activity log is part of [Pro](https://docs.baza.chat/billing/pricing.md). Owners and admins can see it. Baza records it on every plan from the day you join, so when you upgrade you see the whole history.
