# Analytics

> How many customers write, how many your assistant handles, and when.

[**Analytics**](https://baza.chat/dashboard/analytics) shows how your assistant is doing over the last 7, 30 or 90 days. Choose the number of days at the top of the page. Owners and admins can see it.

## What you see

| Section | What it shows |
| - | - |
| **Conversations** | How many conversations started each day. Show them **By channel** or as a **Total**. |
| **Handled by AI** | The share of conversations your assistant handled on its own, without passing them to a person. |
| **Handed to your team** | How many conversations your assistant passed to a person. |
| **When customers write** | A grid of weekdays and hours. Darker squares are when customers write most, in your time zone. It also shows your busiest time. |
| [**Channels**](https://baza.chat/dashboard/channels) | Where conversations started. |
| **Handed to your team** (list) | The latest conversations passed to a person. **View all** opens your inbox. |
| **Where customers write from** | Conversations by country and city. |

At the top, choose **Conversations**, **Handled by AI** or **Handed to your team** to see that number day by day. The chart compares it with the same number of days before.

Next to each number is the change since that earlier period:

* **Green** when it moved the right way.
* **Red** when it didn't.

## Where customers are

**Where customers write from** shows roughly where conversations came from, by country and city.

* Baza works out the place from the customer's internet connection, not from their phone's location (GPS).
* It's roughly right, not exact.
* If Baza can't tell where a conversation came from, it isn't counted here. So the total here can be lower than your number of conversations.
