# Invoices

> Every invoice and receipt, and how they name your business.

## Your invoices

You find every invoice and receipt under **Invoices** in [**Settings → Plan & billing**](https://baza.chat/dashboard/settings?tab=billing). Owners and admins can see them.

Each row shows:

* The invoice number
* What it's for
* When it was issued
* When it's due, or when it was paid
* The total
* Its status

What it's for is one of these:

| Kind | What it is |
| - | - |
| **Monthly** | Your monthly charge: Pro's fee, if you're on Pro, and your AI use |
| **First month** | Your first month of Pro |
| **AI use, early** | AI use you paid for before the monthly charge |
| **Credits** | A credit pack you bought |

Open an invoice to see every line on it. Once an invoice is paid, it becomes a receipt. Press **Print** to print it, or **Download PDF** to save it.

Owners and admins also get every invoice, reminder and receipt by email, with the PDF attached.

## Invoice details

Some businesses only pay an invoice that shows their registered company name and tax number. You can add these under **Invoice details**.

| Field | What it does |
| - | - |
| **Registered name** | Your company's legal name. Leave it empty to use your business name. |
| **Tax number (TIN / VAT)** | Printed on your invoices, for businesses that need it. |
| **Billing address** | Printed on every invoice, under your business name. |
| **Purchase order number** | Printed on every invoice. |
| **Accounts email** | This address also gets every invoice, reminder and receipt. |

**1. Open Invoice details**

In [**Settings → Plan &
billing**](https://baza.chat/dashboard/settings?tab=billing), press **Add
details** (or **Edit details**) next to **Invoice details**.

**2. Fill in what you need**

Every field is optional.

**3. Save**

Press **Save invoice details**.

Changes only apply to new invoices. An invoice that was already issued keeps the details it had.
